Photo Day Information for Area Managers, Team Managers and Coaches
  • We will need 3 volunteers on site at each photo day (one adult and two more that can be adults or teens). They will be needed from 4:00-7:45. These volunteers will be used to help pose players, and keep teams/players organized.
  • A manager or team parent will be needed with each team to check for things like twisted shorts, untied shoes, slouched socks, proper uniform, that type of thing. This person will check the team in at the check in site and keep the team in line while they wait their turn.
  • Managers will register the team for a time slot using this link, as quickly as possible. Please have your team arrive to check in 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
  • Each team is welcome to select the uniform colors they like best. Players must match. We highly recommend the all blue kit. Goalies can wear keeper kit and gloves if they so choose. Players do not need cleats or shin guards but do need the kit socks.
  • Each team will take 15-20 minutes to photograph. Each player is photographed individually. We will have two photographers. Teams will be scheduled every 15 minutes.
  • Coaches and managers will NOT be photographed.
  • Parents will receive an email message when the player and team images are ready to view. There is no purchase required to view the images. If parents like what they see, they can place an order. All orders will be shipped directly to their home. Please note that a portion of each sale will go to the Nationals scholarship fund. Photos should be ready for viewing and purchasing about four weeks after the scheduled Photo Days. Parents are encouraged to check name spelling and email addresses at player check in.
  • There are slots available for players that cannot attend their team’s scheduled time. There are times available on Wednesday, January 31st and Thursday, February 1st. Players in need of a Make-Up time MUST register for it, using this link. Make-Up Link
  • Anyone unable to attend Photo Days on January 31st or February 1st, will NOT be included in the team picture, but are welcome to come into the studio to be photographed individually. The link to schedule will be made available as soon as possible.
  • Dual rostered players must be photographed for each team they play with, or schedule make-up times for each one.
  • Siblings can be photographed together, during one of their team’s time slots.

An email will be sent for each player to access their private gallery and place an order.  The mail will be sent 3-4 weeks after the session.  Orders will be shipped directly to the player’s home.

Do parents need to do anything prior to the session?2024-01-23T22:50:23+00:00

All the information we need has been provided by the club.  Parents are encouraged to check for spelling and email errors when checking their player in at the session. 

Why do we need a team parent and volunteers at the sessions?2024-01-23T22:50:07+00:00

For us to keep costs as low as possible for everyone, the club has opted to utilize a volunteer method. Your area is responsible for providing the necessary number of people to keep things running smoothly.  If you are unable to provide volunteers, please let us know as quickly as possible so we can reschedule without complication.

If we have a player that is on multiple teams, will they be in all the team photos?2024-01-23T22:49:41+00:00

Players will appear in the team photos for every team the club submitted them for.  The player needs to be photographed for each team. If you are uncertain if the player was included on all the appropriate rosters, please email us and we will look into it.

Can siblings be photographed or “Photoshopped” together?2024-01-23T22:49:13+00:00

Siblings can be photographed together.  They will either need to schedule a make-up session and use that to be photographed together, OR both siblings will need to be present for one of the team’s scheduled times. Every player still needs to be at their team’s scheduled time.  Due to time restrictions, we will not “Photoshop” siblings into one image.

We have a player that cannot attend photo day with the team. Is there a make-up option?2024-01-23T22:41:29+00:00

YES!  We understand that your schedule is just as busy as ours, so we have a few options for you. 

#1 – Make-Up time slots are available early and late on your area’s scheduled photo days.  The link to schedule that has been shared with your area manager.  Players that use these make-up slots will be included in the team photo.  

#2 – Make-Up time slots may become available at other area photo days for you to utilize. Dates and times for that depend on the remaining schedule for the club but links will be shared as soon as they are available.  Players that use these make-up time slots will NOT be included in the team photo.          

#3 – Make-Up time slots will be available at The Studio in Shelby Township later in the season.  Players that use these make-up time slots will NOT be included in the team photo.

Please understand that as we try to accommodate everyone’s needs, we are working with thousands of players and simply cannot make special arrangements.  Our business runs on deadlines and those deadlines must be met in order for us to succeed and continue making photos for your teams and many more.
